1. Application fee
The application fee is the first payment candidates must make as they apply for admission into the Graduate School of Business. Section 7.0 provides the bank details to which this amount must be deposited.
2. Medical and Library Fees
No student will be fully registered until he/she pays Medical Fees and Library Fees as it is University policy. The respective bank details are provided below.
3. Tuition fees
There are two payment plans with respect to payment of tuition fees applicable to Undergraduate students in the Graduate School of Business.
Students shall choose either Plan A or Plan B with respect to their preferred mode of settling tuition fees. For students admitted to start class in JULY 2023 AND RETURNING STUDENTS FOR - JULY 2017, JULY 2018, JULY 2019, JULY 2020, JULY 2021 AND JULY 2022 COHORTS the following tuition fee plans shall apply:
Payment plan A: Tuition fees: A full payment of ZMW19,700 to cover one year of study is required at the commencement of the programme.
Payment plan B: Year 1
Tuition fees:
A deposit of ZMW4,500 shall be paid by 1st July, 2023
A part payment of ZMW5,500 shall be made by 31st October, 2023;
A further part payment of ZMW5,500 shall be made by 31st January, 2024;
A further part payment of ZMW5,200 shall be made by 31st March, 2024;
Kindly be advised that you can deposit in the School Account any amount at any point in time towards the required amount to avoid overburdening yourself. Each time you make a deposit, ensure that you collect your receipt from the School.

4. Technology fee
The Technology Fee is paid by Visa Card on the E–Learning platform as students admitted to an Undergraduate programme of study prepare to join the class. Students are advised NOT to deposit the Technology Fee in the Graduate School of Business Bank account.
5. Exemption fees
Exemptions are awarded by the Graduate School of Business based on a set of criteria. Students seeking consideration for exemptions must apply for the same after receiving the letter of admission into the Graduate School of Business. Exemptions will not be considered in a case where a student has taken examinations and obtained a Fail grade in a course where they are eligible for exemptions. Exemption fees per subject are as stated above.
6. Examination fees
Examination fees are paid in advance or at least three weeks before the start of examinations.
STUDENTS ARE HOWEVER, ENCOURAGED TO MAKE PAYMENTS FOR TUITION FEES, EXAMINATION FEES AND EXEMPTION FEES (WHERE APPLICABLE) USING THE ZANACO BILL MUSTER DEPOSIT SLIP.
